After you submit the ticket, you will receive our confirmation email immediately, which means that we have received your ticket and started processing it. We will generally contact you by email within 1 working day.
If you are our registered user, we will generally ask you to provide ID information, name, and trading account, Support PIN/phone ID (click here to see what is Support PIN/phone ID) to verify your identity. Please prepare in advance. We recommend that you also provide this information when submitting a ticket for us to verify.
