Please log in to Trader Office, and then make changes or add new contact information in "Profile"-"Contact Information".
After save changes, the information you submit will be reviewed. The review time is generally 1-3 working days. If the change is successful, you will receive an Email of the changed information.
You can also see the record of successful changes in the Dashboard of the Trader Office homepage.
If you have been unable to log in Trader Office or cannot complete, please change it through submit a ticket. At the same time, for your account security, you need to provide your trading account number and Support PIN/phone ID (click here to see what is Support PIN/Phone ID). In the attachment, please provide your registered ID photo and inform us of your previous phone number or email address. We will help you change it.
