Open the Login Page of Trader office, click forgot password, enter the mailbox you reserved when submitting the account opening application, click reset password, the mailbox will receive an email for resetting the password, just follow the steps to reset the login password.
If you enter incorrectly several times, your login may be locked for safety. In this case, you can submit a ticket or contact customer service officer to unlock it.
