If you have already submitted an account opening application and have not successfully opened an account, it may be due to the following reasons:
1. After submitting the account opening application, you may not upload the address proof and identity proof in time; you need to click here and log in with the email and password you reserved when opening the account, and then upload the files;
2.Check the account opening email, whether you have received a notification that you need to submit the account opening materials; you may need additional materials to meet regulatory requirements to open a trading account for you.
In addition, the account opening application needs to be reviewed by our compliance department, which generally takes 2-3 trading days. After successfully completing the account opening, you will receive an email notification with your trading account and password.
