In addition, you can also upload data in the following ways:
1. After submitting the account opening application, you will be prompted to upload the documents, and you can directly click "Upload Now" to upload the identity document and address certificate;
2. After submitting the account opening application, the account opening mailbox will receive the "Account Status Waiting to Upload Proof Documents" e-mail. It is difficult to find the e-mail reminder to click "Upload Now" to log in to Trader Office and directly enter the upload information interface to upload the identity certificate and address proof.
3. Log in to Trader Office, click "Documents" → "My Documents", upload the Proof of Address and Personal Identification.
After the account opening information is uploaded successfully, it needs to be reviewed by the Compliance Department. The process generally takes 1-3 working days. The review result will be notified by email. Please wait patiently.
