Support PIN (Phone ID) is the password used to verify your identity when you contact Support Desk, online customer service, or submit a ticket.
For the security of your account, our staff will not to read your MT5 master password or Trader Office password, so we usually use another independent password for authentication, which is the Support PIN (or called the phone ID).
If you have not set the Support PIN separately, the Support PIN will default to the last 4 digits of your ID card. If you want to modify or query your current Support PIN, you can log in to the personal information of Trader Office to modify.
For your account security, we recommend that you use 4 or 6 digits as the Support PIN. We do not recommend that you use the trading password or Trader Office password as the Support PIN.
