When opening a real account, the email address is required, and we will send the real account information and important notices through the email. Sometimes due to the email address system restrictions or system settings, it will show "This email address is not allowed" or "The value must be unique" when filling in. We can solve this by the following methods:
"This email address is not allowed"
1.Change Google browser;
When opening an account, some browsers will be displayed incompletely due to system incompatibility issues. If you use a non-Google browser when opening an account, it is recommended that you replace it;
Many companies’ Email system denies access may also result in a situation that is not allowed. In this case, you can choose to change the Email address;
If the above two methods cannot be solved, you can also open an account manually. Methods as below:
Fill in the information at https://seventybrokers.com/onboarding-individual-offline/ , and then save the web page as a PDF document or take a screenshot (multiple screenshots can be taken). Then send all the documents to email@example.com with the title: Assist account opening (you can also upload these documents by submitting a ticket). We will assist you in opening an account within 3-5 working days after receiving it, and the successful account opening information will be sent to you via Email;
*How to generate PDF documents:
A.Fill in all the information reserved, * is required;
B.After filling in, there is no need to click submit, click the browser printing tool, select to generate a PDF document, and save it;
"The value must be unique"
If the filled email address has been used, a prompt "The value must be unique" will appear. In this case, you can submit a ticket to explain the situation and provide a screenshot at the same time; we will verify the account opening after receiving it. If the email address has not been successfully opened and used, it will be reset for you. After resetting, it can be restored normally. Fill in the account information.
