Why it says “only position closing is allowed” when I trade cryptocurrency?

If you are trading cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, please use BTCUSD^ instead of BTC^.

The symbol BTCUSD^ is connected to exchanges and offering trading in 7x24 all over the week.
