In some cases, the MT5 chart will freeze due to the large amount of data.
If you cannot load the product chart, or the chart has been stuck in the "waiting for update" , you can try the following:
1.In the "File" menu in MT5-"Open Data Folder"
2.Close MT5, but do not close the folder you just opened
3.In the pop-up folder, select the Bases folder
4.Enter the "SeventyInvestech-Platform" folder
5.Enter the "History" folder
6.Delete the product folder that you cannot display. For example, if the EURUSD^ cannot be displayed, delete the EURUSD^ folder
7.Reopen MT5, adjust the period to the 1-minute level, and load these products. After loading the chart, adjust to other periods.
We recommend that you do not open too many charts at the same time. Because we want to provide you with more accurate quotes, our liquidity server will report very dense data, and opening many charts at the same time will sometimes cause quotes to be delayed, which will affect your trading experience.
