When withdrawing funds, we will proceed in the following:
1.Deposit funds from local acceptors or local payment companies in foreign exchange control countries will be deposited back in the same way
2.The deposit funds made directly by the international bank card will be deposited back to the card you used to deposit (if you deposit through a credit card, then it is possible that the amount of the withdrawal will be returned to the credit card bill for the current month or the unpaid bill.)
3.The funds deposited by the third-party payment wallet will be deposited back in the same way
4.The remaining part will be deposited into the bank account you filled in when you applied for withdrawal
For example, Bank Direct THB deposit is 500 USD, Skrill deposit is 1000 USD, Visa card deposit is 1000 USD, and international remittance is 2000 USD.
If you only need to withdraw 4,000 USD at this time, then the 500 USD of them will be deposited back to your Thai bank card through Bank Direct THB, then 1,000 USD will be deposited back to the Visa card used when depositing, and then 1,000 USD will be deposited back to the Skrill wallet. Finally, USD 1500 will be wire transferred to you. The beneficiary bank of the wire transfer needs to be the country where the funds originated from when you last wire transfer.
Because of the complexity of international settlements, we will sometimes process some withdrawal applications in accordance with the prevailing circumstances. If you have special requirements for withdrawals, it is recommended that you first contact us by submitting a ticket. At the same time, please check the time and the withdrawal in the "Transfers-Transaction History" section of Trader Office after the withdrawal, so as to understand the specific remittance path of the withdrawal.
