Check the progress of the withdrawal
After you successfully submit the withdrawal application, you will receive an email of "Withdraw pending review". The withdrawal review generally takes 1-3 working days. After the review is completed, your withdrawal will be processed and remitted. At that time, you will receive another "Withdrawal processed" email.
If you submit the withdrawal and still do not receive the "Withdrawal processed" email after 5 working days (weekends, Singapore/Hong Kong/London/Australian holidays are not a working day), you can log in to the Trader Office and click "Transfers-Transaction History" to query the withdrawal record.
The withdrawal is approved and remitted
The transaction history will show the time and amount of withdrawn, and the time range and channel of the deposit will be shown in the notes;
Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal method you choose, the country where your withdrawal bank is located and the processing speed of the bank may affect the time for the account.
If you do not receive the payment within the stated time（transaction history-notes）, please use "Submit a ticket" for help.

The withdrawal application was rejected
The notes in the transaction history will show the specific reason for rejection, and you need to reapply for withdrawal according to the reminder of the reason for rejection;
According to the AML guidelines, all your withdrawals will be refunded to the bank account you paid for when depositing. Therefore, we may not deposit your funds exactly in accordance with the bank account you noted. Regarding the order of withdrawals to the account, Please inquire where my withdrawal went?
