Seventy will send reminders or verification information via email, including account opening notifications, ticket replies, reset passwords and other security settings prompts. Due to the incorrect judgment of the interception function of some mailbox systems, the email notification sent to you may be judged as a sensitive email or directly intercepted.
When the spam mailbox receives an email, the mailbox system will not notify you of receiving spam, so you need to go to the spam mailbox to check the email.
You can also make changes or settings in the following ways (take Tencent mailbox as an example):
1. Enter the spam, check the spam judged by the system, and add it to the whitelist;
2. Retrieve blocked emails: click on the incoming query of the mailbox inbox --- find blocked emails --- add to the whitelist --- retrieve blocked emails;
3. After adding the following 4 mailboxes to the address book and whitelist, then forget/reset the password.
